Haitai sweet rice, rice kernel looks round and in high quality. I used it to make shumai (steamed dumpling), taste great. Simply soak rice in water for few hours, depends on room temperature, it takes longer in winter than summer. Then stir fry with soy sauce, mushroom, and ground pork.
