與美黃燜雞調料,簡直就是懶人的好幫手,雖說調料裡面的配料並不複雜,但是能將比例搭配出合適的口味很省事。黃燜雞調料是鹹香中帶甜的口味,除了料理雞肉,其他很多肉品用它調味也非常合適。我把豬肋排先煎到金黃,再搭配這個調料與生薑一起用高壓鍋烹製,做出來超級下飯。
