I like the beef ribs in Korean food very much.
Make a similar one yourself at home.
Cut the cowboy bone into small pieces slightly.
Marinate it one night in advance
(mashed garlic and onion, oyster sauce and a little soy sauce, black pepper)

Spray oil first (butter is fine)
