This is used for seaweed tofu soup. I don’t know how this is different from the other dried seaweed but this seems like a bigger sheet. I learned this is traditionally used for Korean style seaweed soup. I can get all the ingredients from Yami. The tofu needs to be spilled tofu. This is perfect for a quick soup for dinner especially at this cold weather .
