大家好, 今天黑暗廚神餅子要給大家做的是麻!婆!豆!腐!
吸取上次鸡翅不熟的失败经验,饼子这次请来了幕后厉害的帮手,李锦记麻婆豆腐酱!
啪啪啪啪掌声鼓励!
首先我们准备一下材料.
🍮 豆腐 兩盒
🐷 肉泥 半磅
⚱️ 姜 一點點
🥗 蔥 兩把
🍥 蒜 1/4粒
🥘 李錦記麻婆豆腐醬 一盒
姜、蔥,蒜切沫備好.
蒜頭姜沫翻炒一下肉泥
倒入李錦記 麻婆豆腐醬
豆腐切磚
加入豆腐、蔥段沫和適量醬油調味.
快好的時候加太白粉勾芡.
登登登登~!好了!
實驗證明,李錦記 麻婆豆腐醬真的是非常簡單方便的操作,連我這種黑暗料理界的廚房毀滅者也能輕輕鬆鬆作出像樣的菜. 和上次不熟的雞翅比,有李錦記的加持簡直是天堂!
而且味道不算太辣,很適合拌飯吃呢!
