吃了一陣子Svelty三倍分解，覺得很不錯👌我是晚餐前吃，包裝上寫每日4粒，我只有吃兩粒，不確定他糖質分解的效率，早上都蠻順暢的🤣🤣🤣另外把原本想買的新谷酵素一起打包了，新谷是有每日份的單包裝，攜帶蠻方便的。
