昨天自己做了绿豆沙馅顺便包个包子,然后异想天开当面包的包法弄了哈哈。卖相虽然不怎么样但是自己做的就是馅足,每一口都是馅好好吃。
包子皮加了豆奶和白糖,用低筋面粉做的比较暄软,以前都用中筋面粉,其实差别不大。然后吸取上次做馒头的教训,这次使劲揉面,表面光滑了许多。感觉最近会疯狂做面食,暂时告别米饭了。
比起红豆沙个人喜欢绿豆馅的点心,有一股清香。还有很多韩国面包房卖的豌豆馅的面包也特别好吃。,
