早餐吃什么系列—各种营养快手粥
对于上早班上早课的我们来说，如何做一顿既快速又营养丰富的早餐成为了一个非常重要的问题。
今天就推荐三款即食粥

1. 雪莲燕麦粥
这款粥里面有丰富的燕麦，莲子，玉米粒🌽，薏米仁，etc .
2. 爱之味薏仁宝粥
里面有燕麦、薏仁、玉米粒～
3. 冰烧仙草
这款之前有推荐过，不过我觉得放在这个早餐系列也是非常合适的～

把粥倒入碗里，加入chia seeds，葡萄干，核桃仁，以及自己喜欢口味的牛奶🥛～
