食材:鸡腿肉、香菇、金针菇(这三样是必须哒,不然不是双菇滑鸡😂),葱、姜、蒜
配菜可以来点胡萝卜青椒神马的,毕竟颜值即正义
下面正式开始啦👇🏻👇🏻
步骤1⃣️:提前半小时泡上香菇
步骤2⃣️:鸡腿肉切小块,加入少量盐、胡椒粉、料酒、食用油、生粉码味
步骤3⃣️:香菇切厚片,葱姜蒜切好。注意香菇水不要倒掉,静置
步骤4⃣️:锅中倒油,爆香葱姜蒜,放入鸡肉滑散

步骤5️⃣:放入一小把冰糖,炒至鸡肉上色,加入配菜和适量老抽,比老抽多一点的蚝油,适量盐翻炒

步骤6️⃣:倒入之前泡香菇的水,大火烧开后,盖上锅盖焖一会儿,焖至汤汁浓稠

步骤7️⃣:最后撒上香葱,大火收汁
