水晶粉果
水晶粉果大概应该都会在喝早茶的时候吃过,相比虾饺烧卖来说,这个在家里自制更为合适。还是给大家介绍一下妈妈平常做给我当早餐的粉果

准备好内馅料,我家喜欢用肉末胡萝卜加葱花。加调味料炒至5成熟,盛起备用。

澄粉200g+地瓜粉100g,烧热水300ML加入,烫粉。太烫了先不要用手,用筷子搅拌成面絮面絮。搁置几分钟后,降温后,趁热揉成面团。完成后加入小勺油,避免粉团冷却开裂。

然后分小份,擀面成饺子皮形状,包好内馅料,在边上捏个漂亮花边。放入蒸笼,熟透就可以吃啦。
