肉妈厨房——酱牛肉

牛肉卤煮之后可以在冰箱放一两天,吃面的时候直接拿出来放一点就好了……现在来说做法:做酱牛肉买牛腱肉就对了,因为带筋所以卤煮之后还特别筋道……肉过水后对半切开,因为体积有点长~👇👇

准备的材料有:油、盐、生抽、老抽、福建老酒、辣椒、豆蔻、姜、香叶、花椒、胡椒粉、孜然粉👇👇

热锅放油把材料炒出香味后倒入料酒生抽老抽加水煮

很简单是不是~~


煮个面煎颗🥚再来点青菜就完美了👇👇
