养生美容煲汤之海带老鸭汤
喜欢煲汤的无聊翻了今天煲的是海带汤!
海带汤也女人不可缺少的一款汤哦❤️

海带的好处多多:
1. 提高免疫力
海带能提高机体的体液免疫,促进机体的细胞免疫,调节免疫力的食物还有很多,香菇就是其中之一
2. 消除乳腺增生
海带中大量的碘可以刺激垂体,使女性体内雌激素水平降低,恢复卵巢的正常机能,纠正内分泌失调,消除乳腺增生的隐患
3. 护发
海带中的碘极为丰富,它是体内合成甲状腺素的主要原料,而头发的光泽就是由于体内甲状腺素发挥作用而形成的
4. 补钙
海带含有丰富的钙,可防治人体缺钙
5. 美容
海带汁可以美容养颜,用海带熬成的汤汁泡澡,可以润泽肌肤,使皮肤清爽细滑,光洁美丽
6. 减肥
海带含有大量的膳食纤维,可以增加肥胖者的饱腹感,而且海带脂肪含量非常低,热量小,是肥胖者减肥的食物
7. 延缓衰老
海带富含钙元素与碘元素,有助于甲状腺素合成。这两种食物搭配,不仅能美容,还有延缓衰老的作用
还等什么?赶紧动手煲起来
首先准备好食材

🌟老鸭一只(如果不喜欢鸭可以用排骨代替)
🌟海带(没有固定的量)
🌟生姜几片
🌟葱几根
🌟香菇几朵
食材准备好,就开始煲汤啦❤️
首先把老鸭焯水备用,把香菇泡软切块!



锅里加油把生姜和葱头先炒几下,在入鸭块翻炒,加点我最爱的鱼露(不一定要用、可以用盐代替)加点料酒,盖上锅盖焖一会.



开始煲汤
把炒好的鸭肉倒入锅中,放入香菇,加水大火煮开
保持大火15分钟转小火慢煲一个半小时!


一个半小时过后.....
这时开大火加人海带继续煮20分钟(有好多种不同的海带,如果是比较厚的海带提早半个小时入锅)

二十分钟后...
香喷喷热腾腾的老鸭海带汤搞定啦👏👏
这时可以加入调味料(盐、胡椒、米酒)可以按自己喜好加不同的调味料
最后撒上葱花即可😋😋


最后…刚刚有说不喜欢老鸭可以用排骨代替,做法、步骤都一样!是不是觉得超级简单呀!赶紧喝起我的美容汤😋
