Hello!Breakfast!
自从买了豆浆机以后、一发不可收拾的各种“榨”!由于材料还不全,所以打了一小部分卡。
1、银耳桃胶杏仁泡发,扔进去➕一小块冰糖浓汤模式,打出来的汁儿可以说很粘稠了,非常美容。早上起不来一般都晚上打好,早上微一下。➕一把坚果,真的很不错哦!

2.红薯胡萝卜➕一点米,米糊模式。不多强调,谜之好吃甘甜!ps:晚上做了南瓜小米米糊,真的,是最爱!

3、剩下一坨菜和香菇不想浪费、就下面了。额…不好吃!煎龙利鱼还不错~

4、西红柿简直是食物中的老干妈、怎么做都好吃~先把西红柿汁儿炒出来、然后加水、千万不能直接煮。那样简直对不起西红柿~

4、黑米黑豆黑芝麻糊~补肾补头发~对了,还加了枸杞~人老就要养生啊~!

5、牛奶➕坚果➕燕窝、嗯、爱美是女人的天性~

6、好像是树莓草莓各种霉的果汁儿、低卡代餐。口感很不错~

7、额…那天牛奶没了。就见底儿的泡了点麦片~
