人生一串 | 馋到不行的川味烧烤 好吃到停不下来😋

🍢今天准备正正经经分享美食啦!之前和男票看完了人生一串 每次看都是要流口水🤤的感觉 馋到不行了!太怀念烧烤了 太怀恋成都的夜宵烧烤味道了!周一赶紧在亚米下单了一个家庭自助小烧烤机 准备自己在家撸串!!!速度超快今天就到了 然后两个人连中午饭都没吃赶紧跑去买菜准备晚上烧烤!

🍢今天的烧烤主题就是成都的烧烤➕宜宾的招牌把把烧!成都烧烤说实话就重口 材料丰富 炭香十足!(自己在家拿烧烤炉烤的就差炭香了😭)

🔺宜宾的把把烧就更有特色啦 每串牛肉都特别特别小

牛肉提前腌制 嫩滑细腻~烤制时间短 但是能够快速入味 烤出来一小串一小串的 肉质鲜嫩入味 麻辣爽口!一串串接着停不下来!

🔺成都烧烤(脑花除外) 我更偏爱素菜 尤其是蒜蓉折耳根烤茄子! 🍆烤好之后加入秘制的红油蒜香调料➕折耳根碎➕(大头菜碎)➕葱花 哇!茄子非常的绵软 丝丝缕缕缠绕着蒜香与浓浓的红油味麻辣味(连皮都可以吃掉) 一条真的不够吃 😭不过就是烤制时间太久了 太占地方了 不然我真的想烤个3/5盘!

🔺当然韭菜 金针菇 土豆 藕片都很好吃!不再单独介绍啦!
