泰式风味蒸三文鱼| 看似清淡实则下饭
应室友要求,我们每周雷打不动要吃一次三文鱼,我为了换口味也是费尽心思………
大概关注我的人都知道我特别特别热爱泰国菜,爱到每周在家起码做三顿不一样的…
就算做泰国咖喱也绝对不会用市售咖喱膏肯定是自己磨的。
因此这道泰式青柠檬口味的蒸三文鱼就诞生了!!!
国内这道菜其实还蛮火的,但其实和泰国本地还是有点差别,我总觉得酸度不太够。
一般我其实用鲈鱼比较多,但是用三文鱼蒸意外的超级棒!(油脂味很香)
