没错,这就是一身粉的运动穿搭,就算已经是老阿姨了,也不能阻止我对粉色的喜爱😂!发型也是自己运动时扎的一丝不苟的马尾,可是每次运动完就变成了疯婆子,每每这时候就超级想剪成短头发!
跑步是很多减脂人士最开始时的第一选择,不需要任何器械,随时随地就能开跑!在这里想提醒大家的是运动前后的拉伸很重要,真的很重要!不然很容易受伤和引起酸痛。
