燕麦.早餐好选择
不知道大家有没有吃燕麦的习惯?
吃燕麦好处多多.营养又低卡.减脂好选择。
我通常早上都是吃一碗燕麦.平时吃的最多的就是quaker家罐装的那款一分钟燕麦.这次第一次买这种速溶小包装的.原本我是杯装的.打开一看有点傻住😂.
anyway.自己准备个碗还是很方便的哈哈哈。盒子内含有3种不同口味.分别是原味.黑糖味.和肉桂味.一共32小包.每天一包也能吃一个月.
使用方法也很简单.可以直接热水冲泡.也可以当微波炉.很方便.平时早上没时间。就这么随手一包一冲.解决✌👍🏻
