煎饼果子神器(附完美仿面糊仿酱料配方+超详细步骤)
分享一个下厨武:煎饼果子神器!!!
今早做了煎饼果子 我和老公一人吃了一个半🤣
我不怕吃腻,真的一周每天都可以这么吃🙈
多做点果子,多调点酱,早晨摊个饼就行
真的超级快
🌸原料(可做3个)
✨仿面糊:150g面粉+200g水+2g盐
(说是仿面糊是因为正宗的会用绿豆粉,这个配比不要太好用,在我家电饼铛上测了N回)
✨仿酱料:1勺甜面酱+半勺糖+半勺水
(正宗酱料里面还有酱油啊蚝油啥的,不想摄入过多盐就没加,其实这样味道已经很好啦)
✨鸡蛋:一个饼一个
✨配菜:随意,我加了生菜和午餐肉,撒了黑芝麻
🌸步骤
1. 准备果子/麻叶/薄脆(之前发过晒货,搜麻叶即可),这次偷懒,炸了馄炖皮
2. 煎午餐肉至四面金黄,调酱料,洗菜
3. 煎饼机温度调到high‼️ 舀两勺(大概火锅漏勺那么大)面糊在中间,用小木板转匀,有点像用圆规画圆。要重复几次才能均匀。
4. 打一个鸡蛋在面饼上,用小木板打散,涂均匀,撒上黑芝麻。饼皮熟了以后,周围会翘起来
(省略了翻面,因为不想黑芝麻掉一锅,不嫌弃的小伙伴可自行翻面)
5. 涂上酱料,放上配菜,卷起即可
6. 开吃!!!
