醉排骨一道好吃下飯的家常菜!天氣熱的時候吃點酸甜的最好了!
首先準備食材 肋排、土豆🥔
調料:蔥,蒜頭,陳醋,白糖,雞精,生抽,料酒,地瓜粉
排骨泡水一小時,中間換一次水.泡去血水(去處肉腥味)
土豆🥔切小塊. 備用
調醬汁 白糖和陳醋的比例是1:1這是調製最關鍵的一步!各2勺!生抽一勺!雞精少許,料酒少許,攪拌均勻,加入蒜末! 蔥切蔥花備用
排骨和土豆加入地瓜粉攪拌,鍋裡倒油大火炸排骨炸酥皮再小火浸炸,炸好的排骨是外酥裡嫩!
土豆和排骨分開炸的,最後炸好的土豆和排骨
在回鍋裡復炸一次!
最後炸好的排骨和土豆裝盤.加入調味好的甜酸醬汁攪拌灑上蔥花即可!
