这粉比较耐煮.大概要沸水煮15分钟才熟透.
煮完后的马铃薯粉特产Q弹.
咬了一口.感觉这味道似曾相识.
很像年糕那种口感.
很劲道.但是不僵硬.
特别是爆炒完以后.
粉的吸收力很好.所以特别入味.
而且炒的过程.完全不会糊/坨在一起.
