Do this:


Boil water in a pot with a pinch of salt   Add pasta and cook7-10minutes< span class="s2">   Cook and turn off heat and set aside p>

叉叉这一年做过的美食——牛油果篇

又名:牛油果的一百种吃法


牛油果真是个好东西呀(•̀ω•́)


营养丰富而且对女性健康有很大的裨益哦~


当然牛油果也有很多很多种不同的吃法   今天就来给大家介绍一下((٩(´͈`͈)۶))




1. 最简单的吃法——直接吃


如果不排斥牛油果的味道和口感   可以试着直接吃牛油果   如果实在没时间吃午饭晚饭其实牛油果是个很好的选择   方便携带又营养丰富   能够把你不吃饭没有补充的营养全部给你补回来   不过大多数人会觉得很腻而且味道很奇怪   所以这个推荐指数很低   


2. 牛油果奶昔+cereal   


就是下图右上角那个   牛油果切块加牛奶放入榨汁机打匀   倒出来后在上面放上cereal   可以当早餐也可以当两餐中间饿了的时候的小零食


3. 牛油果酸奶


下图右边第二张图就是   牛油果对半切开   用勺子慢慢刮牛油果内壁   然后放入酸奶中搅拌均匀   我一般是用半个牛油果配一小杯脱脂酸奶


这个非常适合减肥的小仙女~   我觉得还是比较饱腹的   如果觉得plain yogurt酸可以加一点点糖或者蜂蜜


4. 牛油果炒饭/牛油果拌饭


虽然空口吃牛油果很多人会觉得口感/味道奇怪   但是一旦加到炒饭里   米饭和牛油果混合的口感简直是天生一对!    我已经安利过身边的各种朋友了   不喜欢吃牛油果的人试过之后都赞不绝口😝


因为前两个学期都有那种上午下午都有课的时候   所以有的时候会自己带饭   因为我比较注意营养均衡   所以还会带水果


带炒饭的时候我就会带半个牛油果   午饭的时候把牛油果切块了码在炒饭上   就像下图最下面两张图


真的真的很好吃!!!安利给大家


有一点需要注意的   牛油果不能过度受热   不然会出苦味   所以如果用牛油果炒饭不要炒太久(因为有一次炒饭失误了炒太久结果那次饭好苦😖)


5. 牛油果意面


下图左上角那个   绿色的意面🙈   就是牛油果意面啦


我最初也不是很喜欢吃牛油果的   于是就各种琢磨牛油果吃法   在下厨房上看到了这个牛油果意面   于是就试着做了   事实证明还挺好吃~



做法是:


锅里水烧开放一小撮盐   放入意面煮7-10分钟   煮好关火放到一旁


蒜切小片   火腿/香肠切小片   牛油果对半切去核后用勺子刮出果肉成泥


热锅放入一块黄油   放入蒜片炒香   加入火腿/香肠煎至微微焦


倒入牛奶或奶油(放奶油的话倒入的量会比较少) 芝士碎   牛油果像这样↓↓↓   小火搅拌   至芝士融化(我用的马苏里拉芝士)


倒入滤掉水的意面   使酱料和意面充分融合   放入一点胡椒和盐   就可以出锅啦


摆摆盘   加入一些装饰(比如新鲜罗勒叶和彩色圣女果)   一道小清新牛油果意面就完成啦🤗
