今天教大家做一款炒鸡好吃又简单的素咖喱 我个人的话 还是喜欢吃素咖喱多一点 就是不喜欢在咖喱里面加入肉一起炖煮 只加入素菜就好了 可能我和我男票都比较喜欢素咖喱里面的蔬菜的香甜软糯的口感 所以才不喜欢加肉吧 但其实我们都是食肉兽😑


话不多说 让我们一起来看一下我们都需要准备一下什么食材吧


洋葱 一个

土豆 1-2 

红萝卜 1-2 

咖喱块 1/2大块

牛奶🥛option

巧克力🍫option



第一步:先烧一锅开水(后面用来煮蔬菜和咖喱的,可以多一点没关系)


第二步:洋葱去头去尾切条,胡萝卜刨皮切块,土豆切块后放入盐水中防氧化



第三步:拿一个干净的炒锅,热锅后下少量油,将洋葱胡萝卜和土豆放入翻炒至有香味即可离火备用


第四步:水烧开后将开水倒入胡萝卜土豆和洋葱的炒锅中,煮至胡萝卜和土豆都软糯,(用筷子戳一下看下是否软了)软了之后就可以加入咖喱块啦









第五步:咖喱块大概煮个10-15分钟就已经很浓稠了,此时可以试一下咖喱的味道,太淡的话可以加点盐调味(如果不浓稠说明水加得太多了 此时你可以再多加一点咖喱块进去)质地浓稠的咖喱中加入适量(纯/原味)牛奶可以让咖喱变得顺滑,也可以加入适量黑巧克力或者牛奶巧克力,我个人喜欢黑巧克力一点,加入巧克力后整个咖喱的颜色会变深色一点,而且口感更加浓郁厚重,当然如果是喜欢吃泰式咖喱的朋友可以加椰汁哈☺️ 咖喱煮到自己喜欢的浓度就可以关火上桌了哦



我喜欢素咖喱的原因是它可以跟任何一款肉类都能完美的搭配 尤其跟煎炸的排类很百搭哈


我一般会一次性做上两顿的量 其实我个人觉得放冰箱隔夜的咖喱会更好吃哈哈 我也不知道其中的原因是什么 但是就是每次煮咖喱时都会多做一点 然后放冰箱留着明天吃





个人的话一直都是用S&B这个牌子的咖喱块 非常喜欢这款日式咖喱 口感味道什么的我真的好喜欢(亚米有售哦)我不喜欢吃辣的咖喱 所以一直买这款原味的 喜欢吃辣的朋友也可以试下有辣度的哈
