So after I came back from New York, I completely lay down and lost weight. I didn't go for a run, but I also didn't eat shit. Less temptation and cravings are better for sticking to a light and healthy diet. Not only do you not need to spend time running, you are less tired, and the effect is really obvious (I don’t advocate exercise, I just say that I can’t eat less while exercising. If I can use running, swimming and other methods to increase consumption of calories, which is better)


My plan for myself:


1, quit all beverages (I even drink only Star Daddy now green tea No sugar, so poor) Green tea orange peel tea is delicious hahahahaha! Next time, I will come up with a recipe for orange peel, which can not only make tea but also serve as a snack.


2, give up late-night drinks, or late dinners (personally, I think it will last until the next morning Yes, and after eating at night, I will be very strong, and I want to vomit when I turn over. Hahahaha).


3, eat three meals normally, do not reduce the amount but improve the quality (ah, I actually reduced the amount, because I am on the front line of weight loss) It's been too long, this time I want a quick solution).


4, fruit, eat! vegetable! eat! The vegetables I don't eat are carrots, broccoli, potatoes. Because carbohydrates or fats are relatively high, it is not a vegetable category. Or like carrots, which I don't like, hahahahaha. And I don't like the sweetness of fruit very much. I usually stop after eating half of an apple. It feels too sticky and too sweet. Eat the whole one at most! So those nengsisters who open their stomachs and eat a plate should pay attention! Don't eat too much.



5, drink milk and yogurt if you want! (Don't fool yourself into buying a very sweet yogurt milk drink, that's a drink. The first one said not to drink drinks!)

我的减肥原理!打卡第三天!

我坚信的减肥的原理只有能量守恒定律


谷歌告诉我➡️能量既不会凭空产生,也不会凭空消失,它只会从一种形式转化为另一种形式,或者从一个物体转移到其它物体,而能量的总量保持不变。能量守恒定律是自然界普遍的基本定律之一。(托马斯· 1801年)



所以如果我们能每天制造一个能量差,这个热量负值基本只有一个来源,就是从我们肥嘟嘟的肥肉里转化出来(很多人觉得能力差减肥掉肌肉,其实对于运动强度低的小仙女,掉的肌肉几乎可以忽略)。



剩下的事情非常简单,只要两件事:


🌺1、尽量每天制造出来一个热量负值。(身体会自动分解脂肪作为热量负值的来源)


🌺2、坚持一段时间。


做到这两点就能瘦啦!!


摄入的热量很简单,就是我们吃的和喝的东西。

消耗的热量也很简单,它分三部分:1、基础代谢,2、日常活动消耗,3、训练消耗。


摄入的热量-消耗的热量=热量负值


我一共试过三种方法!(大家其实也就是这三种啦)1是减少摄入的热量 2是加大消耗的热量 然后3就是把上面两条加起来,同时减少摄入的热量和加大消耗的热量。

作为一个把寻找食物并且吃掉作为生命大部分活动目标的人,我首当其冲选的是2。我迎着早上五点半玫瑰色的天跑过步(传说中空腹跑步消耗脂肪更直接效果更好),也在十点健身房最后一批人运动时加入过。每次从一个小时到三个小时不等(我好闲哦)但是!一个月!我看起来!一点都没有瘦!!!!不仅是看起来,其实我的体重可能也就掉了一两斤吧………………

这还只是我最近相册的,可想而知,运动提高了我对食物(尤其是各种高热量低蛋白低纤维食品!!!)的渴望, 但是我唯一减肥的依靠-运动消耗的热量并没有想象的那么多,白白给了我摄入更多的机会!


我光做第二点都做不到,更不要说第三点又跑步又少吃了🤭真的,我非常佩服那些顿顿高蛋白高纤维低碳水戒糖的人。真的真的真的!


于是纽约回来以后我彻底躺减了,不去跑步,但是我也不会胡吃海吃。少了诱惑和渴望反而能更好的坚持清淡健康的饮食。不但不用花费时间跑步,不那么累,效果还真的变非常明显了(我没有不提倡运动,我只是说我自己没办法边运动边少吃。如果能用跑步、游泳等方法来加大消耗的热量,那固然更好)


我给自己定的计划:


1、戒掉所有饮料(我连星爸爸现在都只喝green tea 不要糖了,好可怜)绿茶桔皮茶很好喝哈哈哈哈哈!下次出个桔皮的菜谱,既能泡茶又能当零食解馋。


2、戒掉夜宵夜饮料,或者时间比较晚的晚饭(我个人是觉得憋一下就到第二天早上了,而且晚上吃完我会很撑,翻身都想吐的那种哈哈哈哈哈)。


3、三顿饭正常吃,不减量但改质(啊我其实减了一点量,因为我减肥战线拖的太长了,这次想速战速决)。


4、水果,吃!蔬菜!吃!我不吃的蔬菜是胡萝卜,西兰花,土豆。因为碳水或者油脂比较高,有点不算蔬菜的范畴了。或者像胡萝卜,我不爱吃,哈哈哈哈哈哈。而且我不是很喜欢水果的甜味,我一般苹果吃半个就停了,感觉太粘太水水的甜了。最多吃完整的一个!所以那些neng敞开肚皮吃一盘的姐妹要注意啊!也不要吃太多了啊喂



5、牛奶酸奶想喝就喝!(不要骗自己买很甜的酸奶牛奶饮品哦,那个是饮料哦。第一条就说了不喝饮料的哦!)
