Drop, the first day of punching in~ What happened to GYM today? calorie burn battle
Hurlo Frands: Actually today is my 10th day in a row going to the gym! ! I have been exercising for many years and have a little experience; so I want to share with you what I practice every time I go to the gym~
Today, I'm targeting all the back muscles. You can practice from head to toe~ The order I made is:
1. Lat Pull Down- exercise back muscles
2. Triceps Pull Down- Triceps
3. Hip Extension with Plate- Low Back and hips
4. Deadlift- Exercise Low Back and Hamstrings
5. Bridges- butt exercise


I do 8-10 reps X 3-5 sets for each move with the goal of getting fat to muscle! ! ! ! !

Hurlo Frands: 其实今天是我连续第十天去健身房啦!!我健身很多年了,稍稍有点经验;所以我想给大家分享一下 我每次去健身房都是练什么~
今天呢,我的目标是所有背面的肌肉。从头到脚都可以练到哦~我做的order为:
1. Lat Pull Down- 练背部肌肉
2. Triceps Pull Down- 练三头肌
3. Hip Extension with Plate- 练Low Back背部和臀部
4. Deadlift- 练Low Back背部和腘绳肌
5. Bridges- 练屁股


每个动作我都会做 8-10 reps X 3-5 sets 目标为换肥肉到肌肉!!!!!
