吃完酵素能放心吃吃吃吗?

今天室友跑来借我的秤,说自己一下重了一点,不知道是不是自己的秤坏了啊哈哈哈哈哈。然后她提到自己吃了酵素,拉肚子拉了好多,但还是没有好好把体重降下去。


我自己也买了三四个品种的酵素,常常用来对付男盆友拖我出去吃夜宵🙄️但是三个星期八磅也不是能视而不见的🤦‍♀️
