My dinner.

Material: string beans, steak.

厨房调味武器01

我晚餐。

也来看看我的厨房调味秘密武器。

材料:四季豆,牛排。
热锅,一滴油都没放。
因为我想从牛排中把里面原本油脂逼出来。
2面都煎至焦黄,而油脂也慢慢的渗透出来。
(牛排我喜欢7分熟)加了一点胡椒粉。
逼出的牛油我用来炒四季豆。
完成。oops  一走神有点过熟了。
不过好无影响。
来了 来了  秘密武器来了。

因为去年去了日本 ,吃了他们的和牛,不用任何调味料,粘些盐巴,就能让牛肉味道更加原汁原味。
