4⃣️After the pot is evenly mixed, turn to low heat and keep stirring in one direction with a spoon until the liquid in the pot is viscous and becomes translucent. This process takes about 5-10 minutes
5⃣️Pour the liquid in the pot into a stainless steel or glass container, let it stand at room temperature for more than 3 hours, do not put it in the refrigerator to cool at this time
6⃣️Invert the container for the jelly on the chopping board, and cut the jelly into the desired shape
💟Recipe of seasoning sauce (universal seasoning sauce, suitable for all kinds of cold dishes)
1⃣️Take a clean bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce and pure water in a ratio of 1:2:3
2⃣️Add an appropriate amount of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, and a teaspoon of pepper

I've been doing it at a 1:6 ratio and it's great, 1:5 still feels a little dry
