DAY2: 蜜汁叉燒



首先我們來準備材料:






1. 把以上調料拌勻後,把肉放進去,醃製兩天。

3. 把肉放在烤盤上,並刷上蜂蜜,然後放進烤箱烤20分鐘。



4. 取出翻面,刷上蜂蜜,再烤3分鐘。


5. 再次取出翻面,刷上蜂蜜,再烤3分鐘。


6.取出翻面,刷上蜂蜜,再烤3分鐘,然後取出放涼切片,這樣子好吃的蜜汁叉燒就完成了。



小提示:根據肉塊大小不一樣,所以烤的時間也會不一樣,所以建議自己適當的調整一下時間。
