yami_featured_image 羡慕过年可以做一桌子菜的~ 人口少根本不敢做~ 小年做了海鲜大咖~ 一只温哥华蟹➕两只石头蟹 配菜是莴笋和王子菇~ 凑免邮每次都是用调料凑~各个牌子的麻辣火锅料买个遍~ 这两个牌子里面都是两小包,平时做一人份的麻辣香锅用一包就行。味道也没吃出哪个更好吃,周君记应该性价比更高。 海鲜大咖我是用海底捞做的~ 螃蟹买回来用小牙刷里里外外刷干净~ 养在水里让它们吐吐脏东西(一下午就死了,正好不用自己动手了,螃蟹龙虾我都会早上买下午等它们死了做,伪善良😅😅😅活着下不了手) 把螃蟹拆成小块,去掉蟹腮和壳子里的蟹胃。大夹子、小腿都用刀背拍一拍,入味~ 在淀粉里滚一圈放入油锅里炸熟,放一边待用。 王子菇焯水备用. 油烧热放入姜片葱段煸香,放入调料包~特别小火的翻炒到微焦。加入热水放王子菇和莴笋煮一会。 另起一个锅,放一勺油,放入姜片煸香,倒入少许蚝油,白糖,生抽,一小勺水,起小泡后把炸好的螃蟹放进去翻炒,炒匀了,放入大量的葱段)关火… 把菜倒入大咖盘里,再把螃蟹铺在菜上。 大咖盘下面点上酒精块就可以端上桌了~~~
