叉叉这一年做过的美食——菠萝饭

一直想吃没吃成的菠萝饭😆最后是自己在家里做了   这半个空心菠萝也是我那个做迷你抹茶千层同学的杰作   学艺术的人的想法都好好玩_(:з))_

上学期朋友来我这里玩   有一天我们在超市买了个菠萝   回家后我在楼上写作业过了会朋友给我端了个👇🏻上来   我当时的表情是😳这样的


也太厉害了吧!!!   我问她是怎么弄出来的   她说就用刀挖   她在家里经常这么吃菠萝   我继续😳😳😳   我吃菠萝只会削外面的皮    真的佩服


吃菠萝的时候我就说正好有这个晚上吃菠萝饭吧   于是就有了封面图这个好看又好吃的菠萝饭~

菠萝饭其实很好做啦~就是一般炒饭加番茄酱(不加也行   封面图菠萝里的炒饭没加番茄酱碗里的加了)


材料:

菠萝半个挖空   菠萝肉切小块

虾仁  切小块

鸡蛋  加一点点水和盐打散

洋葱  切末

白米饭 胡萝卜(我不喜欢   但是颜色好看)

豌豆(当时家里没有)

彩椒  切末(家里也没有…)

蔬菜的颜色丰富一些会更好看哦~我封面这个没有红也没有绿看起来就比较单调


切菠萝这一块   虽然我不会切但是根据我把菠萝吃空之后的观察   用小水果刀慢慢削应该是比较容易的   而且因为菠萝的那个眼儿的存在   是不用保留太薄的皮的   可以稍微留厚一点


蔬菜方面玉米粒豌豆胡萝卜代表了最常见又鲜艳的三种颜色   大家随心所欲加吧~


洋葱是我炒饭的心头好   最爱sweet onion   甜甜的🤗


流程:  


热锅冷油下鸡蛋   成型炒散后盛出备用   如果喜欢蓬一点的蛋可以等油热再下鸡蛋


加一点点油炒洋葱   炒至透明   加入虾仁   炒至虾仁变色   加入菠萝翻炒


加入白米饭   炒饭最好用剩饭因为比较好炒散不会黏糊糊   再加入胡萝卜豌豆玉米粒   这里如果担心胡萝卜豌豆难炒熟可以先把它们焯一下水


按个人口味加入番茄酱   翻炒均匀后就可以出锅啦

这个是后来剩下的半个做的菠萝炒饭   蔬菜选择了芦笋切粒   应该用的新鲜米饭   看起来有点黏糊糊   配上半个牛油果   营养健康的一顿饭就完成啦~😆 

每天都别忘记吃水果哦~
