Mix soy sauce and oyster sauce, add a pinch of five-spice powder and salt, and chop garlic and scallions.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté garlic and scallions until fragrant, pour in the sauce, and put all the sauce in a container for later use.

28mins, the pressure cooker starts singing and it's done! I choose to manually release the pressure and open the lid to see the effect of steamed chicken:





It is fully steamed, pour it into a container filled with ice cubes and water to cool quickly, and then tear it by hand😂 span>

使用多功能高压锅,手撕鸡技能秒get

一直想做手撕鸡,无奈蒸全鸡需要的容器一直没找到合适的,自从有了Sonya多功能电高压锅,蒸全鸡就是分分钟的事儿。




小村儿在超市买了一只小hen,化冻后抹上盐和麻油,给它全身马杀鸡了一下,接着放在冰箱里腌制了一晚上。

第二天先拿出让其温度恢复到室温,拿出宝物高压锅,放入水和蒸架,再找一个合适的碗把鸡装在里面,用锡纸盖住,入高压锅,密封,调至steam挡,接着高压锅就自动开始工作啦!


我把texture手动调到high,想要软烂一些的口感,默认时间是28mins





在等待的过程中,可以开始调制酱料,一会儿洒在手撕鸡上面,需要的材料有:





酱油和蚝油调匀,加入少许五香粉和盐,再把蒜和葱白切成末。

锅内加热油,将蒜和葱白爆香后,倒入酱汁,再将全部酱汁放入容器内备用。

28分钟后,高压锅开始唱歌,完成啦!我选择手动泄压,开盖看看蒸鸡效果:





已经完全蒸熟啦,倒入放满冰块和水的容器内迅速冷却,接着上手撕它😂


最后,在手撕鸡上倒入预先备好的酱汁(喜欢辣的朋友们还可以加辣椒粉),撒上葱花,小村儿还加了一些白芝麻,搅拌均匀,就可以食用啦!这道菜凉了也很好吃,可以预先做好,节日季家里有聚餐,可以做凉菜先上。
