早餐打卡 Day 2 工作日懒人版

依旧是工作日懒人版,今天是饼干配奶茶。早晨光线不太好,开窗帘太刺眼不好聚焦,不开窗帘又太暗,照片只能凑合一下了。

今天的饼干是三牛万年青带小包装的那种,个人觉得虽然好吃但是并没有达到预期,可能买之前看到好评太多导致期望值太高了吧。

热饮配的是奶茶。卡萨这款我在评论里吐槽过的,有种花露水的味道,一盒喝了一年还没喝完。不过最近不知道是不是放太久了,里面的香料发生了物理or化学变化,花露水的味道没有了,喝起来还不错。

虽然连续吃了两天饼干,还是要友情提示一下喜欢吃饼干的妹子们,饼干脂肪含量普遍高,减脂期间少吃比较好。容易饿的倒是适合早餐吃,饼干比面包、蛋糕之类消化的慢一些,可以支撑到午餐。
