Yesterday I bought four lobster tails at 4.99 each from the supermarket
very small
But it does not hinder the cooking of scallion ginger lobster

昨天从超市买了四条 4.99一条的龙虾尾巴
个头很小
但是却不妨碍做葱姜龙虾
做法如下
龙虾切块之后
裸露在外面的肉部分 沾一点淀粉
先油炸一下
少放一点油 边煎边炸 的方式就可以
然后捞出沥油
剩下的少量油 加葱段 姜片 和之前炸好的龙虾块
炒一会之后加一点水 加一点盐
就可以啦
非常简单 但是很入味哦
