正好那天室友煮了红豆汤(不用用罐装红豆)
自己煮了芋圆珍珠和芋头
用搅拌机打制冰箱冰器里的那种冰块好麻烦啊…
五色芋圆!颜色比鲜芋仙的还要多

✨下面上做芋圆的流程图!!!
✨我用了紫薯白薯芋头和红薯 加上抹茶粉 所以是五种颜色 还有最关键的木薯粉啦~
✨首先所有东西削皮切片(比较好蒸熟)
👇🏻这个就是我上次说的那个很甜的白皮紫薯

✨切好块后入蒸格蒸熟到筷子很容易戳烂
👇🏻右边是白薯 不煮是怕水分过多

✨出锅后黏成泥 可以加糖 然后按薯类:木薯粉2:1的比例加入木薯粉 觉得不能成团再加一点点水
这里我觉得红薯是混合得最好的水分刚刚好 芋头有点干
✨抹茶味是芋头的加了抹茶粉冲的水

✨取一小块搓长条再切块 滚上木薯粉or普通面粉防黏
※暂时不用的面团一定要保鲜膜盖好!!!我那天没盖后面就表面有点干了………

✨然后放到撒面粉的烤盘里滚一滚 如果不马上吃就装入保鲜袋扔进

这个也是~可以看出五种颜色白黄橙绿紫

😝后来丧失了耐心开始做大芋圆

还有心形和五角星的 上面那个小心心和小星星是我室友@影~做的哈哈哈

做好了芋圆我们来煮芋圆和其他~做鲜芋仙四号芋圆:芋头+红豆+珍珠+芋圆

珍珠近景 自己搓的黑糖珍珠也太好吃了吧 这是搓珍珠那天做的!

珍珠煮出来外层半透明 感觉煮完放红糖水/糖浆里会更好吃
这里有个小遗憾就是沙冰底让珍珠极速降温内芯有一丢丢硬

还有就是尽管冰片糖和鲜芋仙汤底味道一样加了碎冰融化后味道就淡了😂

所以我后来又自己加了黑糖浆
