霸蛮这款粉也是火了挺久的啦
其实以前从来没吃过酸豆角
一直到之前热干面火的那阵子 吃到好多次
就还一直蛮喜欢这个小菜的味道的
看这款粉的instruction的时候有被笑到
终极做法:找一个会做饭的对象😂
个人体验 粉可以适当比说明上面多煮一些时间
水开后中火至少煮个8分钟吧 不然粉有点硬
吃起来有点费劲
粉煮完捞出撒上调料和酸豆角就好啦
秘制酱汁说是香辣微酸 但感觉拌完了味道不是很够
就几乎没有吃出香辣和酸 只吃出了咸味
我不是很爱吃辣 就没有加剁辣椒
(正好可以留着做剁椒鱼片
和队友都感觉味道就一般啦
还不如买有酸豆角的热干面吃
粉吃起来就觉得干干的 不是很入味
想吃粉的话感觉吃那种汤里的米粉会更香
但也有可能只是因为我们没有加辣
毕竟好评那么多哈哈(心虚
