一锅卤牛肉,不会养老卤只能每次自己重新加。
刚好超市牛肉打折才买的,平时都会买牛筋口感比较好。
一个简易版的卤牛肉,其实简简单单做出来也挺好吃的。
1.先牛肉加姜片料酒焯水
2.牛肉 拿出来加入高压锅。加入桂皮两根,八角两颗,干辣椒四根,两三根小葱,几片姜,盐,冰糖,生抽老抽适量。加水没过牛肉 高压锅20分钟就可以啦。热之前可以自己尝一尝卤汁味道确认一下咸淡。
卤牛肉一定要放凉了才好吃哦,不然太软还塞牙了。
卤完再放煮熟的鸡蛋,壳敲碎之后泡着,一锅两用哈哈哈,鸡蛋泡半天味道比较淡,吃的时候加锅里加热一下超好吃。
