#炸鸡厨房##炸鸡安利#一人食之黑木耳炒鸡胸肉+微波炉南瓜+李锦记上汤
在亚米买了很多款干木耳,还是家乡味的有机黑木耳最好吃,肉很厚而且都是很完整很大片的。我只用了20g泡发出来这么大一堆。
鸡胸肉是我很早之前切片之后拿胡椒盐鸡粉一点蚝油和淀粉腌了冻起来的,要用的时候拿出来解冻就可以了很方便!
叮了半个南瓜,用李锦记的瑶柱火锅上汤煮了豆腐鸡蛋和金针菇。
我对李锦记的各种上汤是真爱,一包煮一人份汤能煮三四次,味道还很赞不需要另外调味!
啊~又是健康的一顿饭
