我最常用的万能调料是这款昆布酱油,是真的真的超级万能美味。做蘸料,做汤,做凉拌菜都是提鲜的灵魂所在。我都是当生抽在用。😜 我一般看到亚米有货,都是疯狂囤货。非常推荐购买。
清爽凉拌菜
做法:
1️⃣黄瓜切丝,胡萝卜切丝,鸡蛋打成鸡蛋液,热锅冷油煎成鸡蛋皮,接着切成丝。粉条煮5分钟,然后过凉水沥干。粉条最好买韩国粉条,口感更爽滑有韧性。
2️⃣码好所有的菜,放上蒜蓉,干辣椒碎。热油泼上去,引出香味。
3️⃣加入昆布酱油,醋,少许糖调味。即可。
每次做这个,老公都会食欲大开的全部吃完,酸酸辣辣非常开胃,而且营养也很全面。最重要的是,可以把胡萝卜混进去让不吃胡萝卜星人吃光光。😏
