分享一个 香蕉燕麦小饼,无油无添加糖,好吃,简单的零食!🥰
材料:
香蕉(吃多少用多少)
即食燕麦(我是用的黑燕麦,可以使用任何无糖燕麦)
蜂蜜(可不加,香蕉已经有甜味了,想加甜味可以加蜂蜜,代糖。。。)
做法:
将香蕉放进碗里,撵成泥,添加等量的燕麦,即香蕉:燕麦=1:1。(我自己添加了,大约三滴蜂蜜)搅拌均匀。放在烤盘里。烤箱预热325℉,烤20分钟,关火,将烤盘就在烤箱里一会儿(喜欢干一点就多放一会儿)
虽然成分比较天然,但是吃多了也会胖哦🤣
