Highly recommend this Chinese style sausage with good quality. This is sweet style, no spicy at all. The meat used in the sausage is about 70% lean meat and 30% fat. It is raw so it need to be cooked thoroughly before eating. I steamed it for 30 minutes. This sausage can be cut into slices or small cubes and wok with rice and other vegetables for a healthy meal.
