# 一周瘦身大作战 #最近在减肥,但是又没有时间健身,只能靠吃来减肥了!我一般一天就吃两顿,早上鸡蛋➕玉米➕全麦面包,或者别的不肥的早餐就OK!到了下午四五点我就开始准备一天的重头戏了
1、鸡肉➕大虾腌好,加一点酱油,黑胡椒,大蒜,喜欢辣也可以加辣,腌10分钟。
2、准备好大量的蔬菜水果。
3、需要一台空气炸锅,把蔬菜全部铺满底,腌好的鸡肉虾铺在上面,空气炸锅一炸那个肉里面的汁儿爆出来也会让蔬菜特别好吃!
4、最最最重要的是!!!出锅的时候撒一些烧烤料!绝了!跟外面的烧烤味道一模一样还比外面的好吃又健康!
减肥餐也可以超好吃哦😋
