美龄粥的传统做法要先用大米煮粥,再加入蒸熟的山药泥和现打的豆浆,小火慢煮,熬出粥香。现在正是大夏天,燥热的天气让我实在不想开火熬粥,所以就做了懒人快手版美龄粥,只需十分钟就能喝到,而且非常美味哦!
做法:
1 山药去皮,洗净切块,加一点水放入料理机打成泥。
2 锅里倒水,加入一包李子柒豆浆粉化开,再放适量即食燕麦片和山药泥开火煮,熬至浓稠时关火,加入冰糖和枸杞。
山药不需要蒸熟,直接把生的打成泥再煮很省力;用燕麦代替大米可以缩短煮粥时间。这次用了李子柒的七彩豆浆粉,加了两包,豆味浓郁,也不用现打豆浆了。
喝起来软糯香甜,燕麦熬的软糯又有嚼感,还有豆浆的清香。加了山药可以养颜健胃。真的是一道好喝又养生的粥。
