夏天出门哪哪都热,不如在家做肉松小贝,馋哭隔壁家小孩!
肉松小贝的蛋糕体就是戚风的做法,蛋糕糊可以装在裱花袋挤成一个个圆形烤好再组装。我更喜欢直接烤一个戚风蛋糕,然后分成几片,用模具压出一片片小圆形。这样的小贝蛋糕体更加绵软细腻,口感绝了。
如果怕热量太高,可以把涂抹的沙拉酱换成酸奶或者低卡酱。最外层的肉松加点海苔碎会很清新,每一口都是满足。
肉松我最喜欢宝岛肉酥,又香又蓬松,除了做肉松小贝,做司康也很好吃。
