超适合夏天的燕麦奶咖啡茶冻,里面有🍵四季春乌龙茶冻、☕️咖啡冻,上面倒入燕麦奶和半杯浓缩咖啡,喜欢甜的可以加一点炼奶。
茶冻做法:
热水泡一杯四季春乌龙茶,静置2分钟后滤出250ml茶水,加入4g搅拌均匀,待凉后放入冰箱冷藏,大约4小时后jelly质地的茶冻就做好了。
做咖啡冻方法也一样,可以用浓缩咖啡加一点热水稀释,这样不会太浓。
用了三点一刻的四季春乌龙茶,泡出来的茶清香四溢。加了冰粉做茶冻和咖啡有了新的碰撞,也很不错。
