#低温牛排&意大利面#第一次尝试低温水浴的牛排料理,但是想着太生了不太好,所以温度偏高,最后出来的成品是medium的程度吧(附一张低温牛排料理温度表),颜色漂亮口感也算是满意。PS:牛排摆好之后就狂拍照,完全忘记还有意大利面没处理😂😂
在品尝的环节,最让我们大家惊喜的不仅是牛排,而是配角:意大利面。使用了罗勒叶(也就是九层塔)+绝色双椒酱+橄榄油+海盐一起小火翻炒的宽意大利面,搭配出一种清新中略带辣味的新口味。最后成品出来后只随意拍了一张,就被室友们瓜分完了,连跟牛排全家福都没来得及拍π_π喜欢吃牛排的小伙伴不妨尝试一下这个新搭配,保证你有新的味觉体验。
