# 亚米虎年红包 # SEKIZO关藏作 DEBA出刃 165mm棕木柄厨刀。这把刀好绝……我用了5刀的优惠券,最后到手是16.99,太值了。刚拿到会发现巨好看……木柄和刀身好看的不用夸。买的时候看指数是165mm,想着也就6寸不到,可能会短?实际上用着并不会?
用手摸了一下刀刃测试,并不像我家其他3把那么薄,反而有点厚,类似于斩骨刀。而且手也没有被割伤,当时就想着:完了这个刀可能不是很锋利……原来粗使刀是钝刀的意思。因为不是特别细的刃,所以我就拿它切了下鸡翅(用之前就有点失望了所以也没想珍惜着用……)把全翅从软骨处分成翅尖翅根时我傻眼了……巨巨巨好用!!!
跟我家斩骨刀那种炖的靠重量砍下去的不同,也和家里细刃刀纯粹靠锋利砍下去(会崩刃……)不一样,这把刀稍微带着点重量,又有足够粗的刃,最神奇是还是那种不伤手的锋利?一刀下去把斩骨刀和细刃刀的优点完美结合!!!这真的是我这辈子砍的最轻松的鸡翅。鸡翅的肉上改刀口时也毫不费力,完全够锋利!!!
这是什么低调的好刀😳而且因为刃粗,也不会轻易崩口,真的对得起“粗使刀”的头衔!!!不过有个问题…因为粗刃,这个刀不适合切点缀用的小葱圈,也不适合切细洋葱。倒不是不能切,不过没有那么锋利就是了。另外就是重量不足,也不适合拿来劈瓜啥的。(2⃣️2⃣️)
