因为YQ原因.今年公公婆婆没回国.
所以家里的菜园子打理的非常好.收获自然也满满.
其中四季豆收成最好.
现在基本每天都能炒上一大盘.
四季豆爆炒后特别清脆爽口.
而且四季豆含丰富的B维生素abc.
叶酸和矿物质铁、镁、锰、磷、钾等.
而且蛋白质含量也高.
对身体也是极好的.
最重要的【热量低】.
好吃又低热量.没理由不pick它~
好了.分享下我们家的四季豆做法吧.
1.洗净四季豆.
2.热锅热油.倒四季豆入油锅炸10秒.捞起沥干.
3.把刚才炸四季豆的油收起.留一些锅中.加入碎蒜爆炒.
4.然后在倒入沥干好的四季豆.
5.加入调味料:盐巴.鸡精.糖少许.胡椒粉.酒.麻油.还有【蚝油多些】翻炒几分钟就可以出锅了.
最近海天蚝油广告打的好温暖好.
我试了一瓶.确实很不错.
味道比李锦记的淡一些.
