从网上订购了一份生鲜猪耳朵,卤好后放凉,切成薄片加青葱,撒入米醋和香油,冰箱里还有小半袋禛香肥牛大豆素肉,上次聚会时当零食吃余下的,微甜辣的牛肉味,口感香有嚼头,色泽沉稳带质感,配料有:大豆、香菇、白砂糖、食用油、棕榈油、香辛料等。
