# 2022双节快乐 # 日本博多DARUMA 超浓厚猪骨拉面。包装上也没写英文,好在我会日语。3人份,我还担心还得自拆分,还好是3份汤包和3份面。面条本身是半生的,热水下40-45s热一下就行。汤包是猪骨汤包,颜色很对,味道也很对。非常建议在温热的水里过一下,不然里面的猪油不融化,会粘在袋子上。
汤包放到碗里后,兑水300ml(我试了250ml,是会咸)350ml也可以。然后放一下过了热水的面条(不建议过凉水,温度降下来了再放骨汤里会导致猪骨汤宝里的猪油凝固)。我放了木耳和葱花,之前做失败的炖猪头肉来替代日式叉烧。
是那种相对轻口的猪骨拉面味,不像一兰的那么腻,我不是拉面控也算很喜欢,呆斌这个拉面控也很喜欢(我是说店里的一兰拉面,不是亚米卖的速食款,后者我没吃过)。而且一份面给一个人吃还挺多的(如果配上足够多的肉和木耳)。
唯一的问题是,太贵了,34.9刀。我去日网搜了下,1080日元刀1280日元不等,就按最贵的加了550日元运费的,合算也才17刀...我花了双倍甚至三倍的价格买它,贵。canmake一般标价是440日元,这边卖10刀贵了1.5倍我可以理解...卡乐比“坚”的薯片亚米也翻了2.5倍价格卖也还能理解....然而这个面条..我觉得倒不是值得我花3倍价格去买的东西(说白了还是穷),卖20刀啥的我会回购的。4⃣️4⃣️
