用冰粉粉做了水果甜品,下面说说制作过程:
有机日式Green Tea Powder、有机全脂牛奶、原味冰粉粉、蔓越莓干草莓味、椰子碎、杏仁片、无花果、鲜草莓、浓的鲜奶油、龙舌兰糖浆。
1、将20G左右约半袋的原味冰粉粉放入玻璃容器中,有机全脂牛奶1000Ml左右,边搅拌边缓缓倒入,完全溶解后放在炉子上加热直至沸腾;
2、从炉灶移开,加少许有机日式绿茶粉,浓的鲜奶油,龙舌兰糖浆,向一个方向混匀,趁温热时倒进提前准备好的小杯子,静置片刻、略微成冻,撒入喜欢的水果或坚果等。
3、奶冻上的装饰配料,分别用了椰子碎、杏仁片、无花果、鲜草莓、蔓越莓干,室温下很快就成奶冻了,新鲜可口、甜度适中、清爽美味。
